Most of the brands that we create or update go through our extensive BrandQuest Process. BrandQuest involves a series of discussion sessions with the client in-house marketing team and/or leadership, key stakeholders, and others. The objective of this exercise is to “deconstruct” the existing brand, and “reconstruct” the optimal brand solution.

Research

1.We research and evaluate the organization’s current situation, mission, vision, business objectives, product/service profiles, unique selling points, strengths and weaknesses, target audience personas, competitive landscape, market position, unique selling points, brand awareness, and brand equity.

Strategy

2.By synthesizing and analyzing research data and information, notes from client discussions and stakeholder interviews, and applying best practices, we refine the brand focus, define brand promise, and positioning strategy, and prepare a Brand Brief Report.

Design

3.Based on the strategic direction, we execute a minimum of three proposed design solutions. Based on client feedback, those designs may be revised or further refined.

Architecture

4.We develop the brand architecture and brand standards manual, which includes logo configurations, fonts, colors, secondary and tertiary color systems, taglines, visual imagery, and voice.

Assets

5.Your brand is designed to work across all mediums. We design and deploy branded assets such as stationary, collateral, website, social media, mobile apps, products, advertising, publications, exhibits, signage, apparel, uniforms, and vehicles.
